Abstract

This article titled “The Ways to protect Five Necessaries in Islamic Law” has been elaborated and explained in detail that how the basic and necessaries can be protected in Islamic Law. These necessary interests mean that the lives of people are based on it in this world and the hereafter, and the existence of people is linked to it in the worldly life, and the survival in the hereafter is dependent upon it, and by losing these necessary interests the order in this life is disturbed, the interests of people are spoiled, and calamity and chaos prevail in them.Allah the almighty has created this human being in a great dignity and that is why He wants human’s religion, body, honor, wisdom, property to be protected from any kind of evil. Therefore, it has been tried in this article to highlight different ways to protect these five necessaries. To protect religion, Islam impose to follow the teaching of Quran and Sunnah to perform five times prayers, fasting, hajj, Zakat, preaching and jihad in the path of Allah. Islam imposed punishment of apostasy. Second necessary is the body to be protected and Allah has forbidden to kill the human being without justification and even suicides forbidden in Islam. Marriage has been legalized in order to continue the race of human being and life. Islam came to preserve the offspring and legislated multiple means that ensure the preservation of offspring where it desires to multiply and that is with the legitimacy of marriage through which a person preserves the human offspring. It has been strived in this article to present the ways to protect wisdom. Wine is forbidden in Islam in order to save the wisdom and imposed punishment on drinking wine. Islam also wants to protect the honor and that is why adultery is prohibited and imposed punishment on it. Lastly the property has a great importance and that is why its earning must be legal and Islam has forbidden all illegal sources of income. Islam has also provided in deferent ways to spend the money in legal means.
