Abstract

Islam is a complete code of life, there are injunction in every sphere of life, shariyat has set a scope for every human being . it has been stated that there is neither excess nor deviation in it , but the religion of  Islam is the name of moderation . But unfortunately Western Civilization ,Which is based on immorality dominates the world, and because of this immorality the number of unnecessary problems is increasing nowadays . The issue of  Halala is very important the most people demand from  some Islamic Scholar the illegitimate fatwa about them, in this Article explained in the light of Shariyat  the evidence of halala, types, legal and illegal Cases.
