Abstract

The study of the Sunnah is better among the all studies, pure and full of rewards, this knowledge explains us the aim of Almighty Allah which is revealed in Quran. In the knowledge of Hadith, the (illalul hadith) knowledge is beneficial, essential and more necessary than others. Because one of the condition of correction (sehat) of Hadith is that there should not be the reason (علة, the hidden cause which effect the correction of hadith). Khateeb Baghdadi says: “illalul hadith is one of the most important kind of knowledge of Hadiths”. Because of significance and high rewards of this knowledge the scholars have concentrated and they have written books on it. One of these scholars is Imam Sulaiman bin Ahmad al Tebrani the author of the (Almoajam ul Aowsat) in which he has narrated from his teachers and collected the stranger and curious (ajaib and gharaib) hadith. In this book almost all the hadith are "ghareeb", Tebrani considered all the hadith maaylol (معلول) either because of tafarrod or because of dispute(Ekhtilaf). Dispute (Ekhtilaf) have a strong relationship with the knowledge of illal, and it is considered as the fundamental in the weakness of hadith and it is explained clearly in the essay. Our topic of discussion is: that which curriculum did Tebrani has used for considering the hadith maaylol according to dispute(ekhtilaf) among the narrators. And we will present the practical examples for this.
