The purpose of Islam is reform of the society which ensures the well-being of the society .Islamic Shari’ah looks to the benefit of the humanity as a whole from general perspectives. The aim of Islam is the promotion and welfare of the humanity and society, which lays in security of their religion, their life, and their intellect, their faith, also their posterity, their economic positing. different situations faced by mankind, and creates out ways according to need of time and addressed person .In this article study of commands of Allah almighty will be studied from such of facilitating aspect. Needs of life and comforts, relaxation are things which people want to ensure a good life with the reflection of joys and confidence, they want to avoid hardship. Allah ﷻ says in Holy Quran, And He(ALLAH) has not any hardship placed for you in the Deen (Islam)(Al-Ħajj:78). And in another place Allah ﷻ says. مَا يُرِيدُ اللّهُ لِيَجْعَلَ عَلَيْكُم مِّنْ حَرَجٍ وَلَـكِن يُرِيدُ لِيُطَهَّرَكُمْ وَلِيُتِمَّ نِعْمَتَهُ عَلَيْكُمْ.( Al-Mā’idah: 6). (Allah does not want to place a burden on you, but that He wants to purifies you and perfect His grace upon you). Allah kareem said يُرِيدُ اللّهُ بِكُمُ الْيُسْرَ وَلاَ يُرِيدُ بِكُمُ الْعُسْرَ (Allah seeks every facility for you; he does not seek to put you in to difficulties) al-Baqarah: 185. That how disabled, patient and other troubled peoples has been backed in following command of Islamic law. The study will be purely research based and supported by authentic sources of Shari’ah.
