Abstract

Imam al-Marghinani is one of the imams who are diligent and the top scholars and jurists admired him on his position, The Scholars appreciated him, when we see the commitment of some scholar to read and teach throughout his life until he knew the reader guidance, and some of them went to memorize it, For the book is the author's most famous books, where the author collected from Jami Imam Muhammad ibn al-Hasan and Mukhtasar Al-Quduri, The “Hidayah” is an explanation of the book of the author himself: “Bidayatul Mubtadi”, and has been explained by his book: “Kifayatul Muntahi”, which is a precious book in eighty volumes, As the book of guidance is authentic in the jurisprudence of Hanafi School of thout, and the adoption of the majority of the following came, and the availability of the efforts of the imams of senior jurists and modernists.
