Abstract

Monopoly is very important in Financing methods many Banks provide vehicle Facility to their clients under lease Financing while the issues and rules of monopoly are present in Great Detail in Jurisprudence Books but how to Deal with these issues, in order to Find out these places and institutions in th current situation where and under what titles and forms the monopoly is taking place. There are many financing institutions at the top of the list in these instructions. Banking is acting is an alternative to traditional and interest in banking. Meezan bank leasing methods what are the types of leasing that are in use and what is there status in shariah? What are the short comings of traditional banking with reward to leasing? These issues will be explained in the Article under review.
