Abstract

The personality of Sheikh Muhammad Azaz Ali is an ancient and famous figure in the Indian subcontinent, and the near and far may know him through the services he rendered to the Islamic nation, especially to students of religious schools. He played a great role in preserving the nation’s heritage in terms of Arabic literature and the Arabic language, and he paid great attention to it even he wrote books  and conducted investigations on the various footnotes. He may be considered one of the scholars who have an essential role in the dissemination and development of Arabic literature. The researcher, through this article, is researching his scientific efforts, but he chose a writing aspect, in which he dealt with the study of his Arabic writings, and he has proven that he has a great role in the field of authorship and writing. Based on that, the researcher initially mentioned a brief talk about his personality, then entered the heart of the matter, which is the study of his Arabic writings.
