Abstract

Unity is the strength of nations. Only those countries can compete and survive where people are united and patriot. Islam is a complete code of life. It provides guidance in all walks of life. Unfortunately, Muslims are ignoring the golden principles of Holy Qur’an and Sunnah of Holy Prophet (SAWS). In this research paper basic teachings of Islam regarding united Pakistan are highlighted. There are many factors which are creating unrest in the society. There is dire need to ponder over political, social and economic values of Islam which provide a base for unity and harmony in the society. Our behavior with non-Muslims is a challenging issue of the day. This paper addresses how we should treat with minorities of the country. Harmony among different religious sects of the society is the backbone of peace in Pakistan. Different guidelines are given in this regard. Everyone in the country must understand that only harmony Pakistan can face the challenges of the world. There is no doubt in the phrase, united we stand, divided we fall.
